Legacy protection – Original screw fixation – End-of-life series

The AV1 dive computer is an instrument renowned for its reliability underwater. This first-generation aluminum protection was developed to increase the housing's resistance to shocks and mechanical stresses encountered during diving.

This aluminum shell reinforces the computer's peripheral strength while maintaining ergonomics and screen readability.

Original screw mounting system

The protection is held in place using the original AV1 computer screws. Installation requires removing 4 screws before fitting the aluminum shell.

Once properly installed and the screws carefully tightened, the reliability level against water intrusion remains extremely secure.

It is imperative that assembly is carried out with rigor to guarantee the computer's watertightness and integrity.

Aluminum design

Machined from high-strength aluminum, this protection significantly improves the AV1's robustness against impacts, scratches, and repeated handling.

Aluminum offers an excellent balance between strength and lightness, suitable for intensive use in marine environments.

End-of-life product

This protection corresponds to a previous generation that is now out of production.
